          * text message or email to all who have gaven permission
          *  posting a notification on this OLHOC website, 
          * posting on our Facebook page.
          * and phone calls if time permits

• Determinations made by Charles County Public Schools will NOT determine OLHOC class cancelations. If in doubt, check the sources above, or call 301-645-7112.

• Rule of thumb: if you, as the parent, feel that conditions are unsafe for you or your children, please use your own discretion. Safety is our most important concern.
